CHINO CANYON PROJECT
MYGC is more than a construction company, they are a partner in making history. Known as Lot 63, we showcased modern architecture, design and sustainability highlighting the indoor/outdoor experience as this home connects to the boulder-strewn landscape. With its 360 degree views, the split level structure constructed from resilient, inorganic building materials, hosting a cutting edge solar energy system and architecture utilizes the sun, shade, rainwater, and desert breezes.
This home was more than a labor of love.

As a builder, the architecture is very important. We are bringing their story to life. MYGC has been surrounded by many of the greats, including the late donald wexler. This project was joint effort by all involved, making history and leaving a legacy.
